Overview
Perched on the eastern horizon of Kathmandu valley lies mystical and peaceful Namobuddha Monastery, complemented by a backdrop of the mighty Himalayas and pristine trails through secluded backcountry. | Namobuddha-Balthali-Khopasi hike: On the second day, hike from Namobuddha to Balthali/Khopasi through traditional villages, terraced farms, and scenic ravines like Eklekhet, crossing suspension bridges and soaking in mountain views. End in Khopasi after a suspension bridge. Pass by Panauti, a historic Newari town rich in culture and timeless temples—a perfect blend of nature, heritage, and tranquility. |
