Fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan 5 to 6 hrs A short drive on the scenic winding roads take us to Chitwan. We start early (around 6/7 am) in the morning from Kathmandu and reach on time to have lunch. |

Orientation and cultural experience After lunch, spend leisure time in the simple and unique Sapana Village Lodge. We head on a short jungle or village walk with the chain-free elephants to the river bank later in the afternoon. Watching these majestic creatures playing and enjoying in the river is a very humbling experience. |
