Poon Hill is just one short but strenuous uphill away. Enjoy views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountains from here and follow the ridge to Mohare Daanda (boasting even better views) on some of the finest trails. |

Drive to Kaande 1 hr We then drive to Kaande, from where our trek starts. |
Trek from Kaande to Australian Camp, and down to Dhampus 3 to 4 hrs We continue on from Naudaanda on scenic trails down to valley bed. The uphill walk from Lehadey will take us to Dhampus, a serene settlement with towering views of Annapurna South, Hiuchuli and Fishtail mountains, and also the terraced paddy fields. After lunch in Dhampus, we are off to Thulo Kharka (Australian Camp) through the jungle ridge. Enjoy great views of the mountains and rolling hills. |

Continuing on the ridge down, we are picked up at Hemja by our vehicle. |

Orientation and cultural experience After lunch, spend leisure time in the simple and unique Sapana Village Lodge. We head on a short jungle or village walk with the chain-free elephants to the river bank later in the afternoon. Watching these majestic creatures playing and enjoying in the river is a very humbling experience. |

Jungle safari on jeep and on foot 3 to 4 hrs Later in the day, we head to the lush jungles and marshlands of Chitwan National Park on a jeep and foot safari. This half day safari is great for experiencing wildlife and there's a high chance you will spot a rhino. |

Elephant river walk and bathing with sundowner End your day by the bank of the Narayani river watching one of Nepal's famous sunsets. Here the elephants will be let loose to cool down in the water and relax, while our bar staff are on hand with cold drinks of your choice. |
