You will be accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable tour guide equipped with a first aid kit. Always follow their instructions and stick to designated paths.
While Nepal is generally very safe, there is still a possibility of pickpocketing in touristy areas. Pack your passport, flight tickets, phone, wallet, camera equipment, cash, and all your valuables in your day pack or waist belt. Please don’t bring or carry expensive items like jewelry etc or a large sum of cash while traveling for security reasons.
Water safety is very crucial as one can easily contract waterborne diseases. Drinking tap water is not advised and we recommend drinking boiled/ filtered or bottled water only.
Meals are left out from price includes to give you full flexibility, depending on your appetite and preference. The hotels and restaurants are hygienic, and have a good selection of food and drink options. For vegetarians and vegans, or if you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make arrangements.
It is recommended to bring snacks (like chocolates, dry fruits, etc) and energy bars to munch on during the tour.

Etiquette & Culture: It’s important to make sure we are respectful towards Nepalese customs and rituals. When encircling temples, monasteries and stupas, always remember to walk in a clockwise direction. Besides, a respectful way to greet the elderly is by slightly bowing down. ‘Namaste’ is the common greeting in the country.
Dress code for entering heritage sites: Dressing in a respectful manner is important while entering heritage sites. You are advised to wear full pants/long skirts, and full-sleeved tops/shirts. Kindly avoid half pants/skirts or any kind of revealing clothes. Do not wear hats and remove shoes while entering a holy site.
Leave no Trace: Please don’t litter, and also dispose any trash properly (you can hand them to your guide). Plucking flowers and vandalizing trails is off limits. We’ll leave the beautiful trails as we found them.
Photography and Drones : It’s advisable to ask permission of the locals before taking their photos, although by experience we can tell that they love being photographed. Strict drone policies are enforced throughout Nepal – so please don’t fly drones on the trip.
A Few Rules: Any form of physical violence or verbal abuse, harassment, solicitation of prostitution, or possession or use of illegal drugs or illicit materials is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol and Drugs Policy: Heavy alcohol consumption dehydrates your body and doesn’t pair well with trekking for obvious safety reasons. We recommend you limit your alcohol intake to a minimal amount during day time. Let’s wait till the evening to raise a glass or two.
No Handouts of any kind: Giving money or handouts of any kind to beggars and children is strictly prohibited, as it only promotes begging culture.
Travelling in a Group:: What makes group travel fun is the diversity. This also means that there will be people of all different ages, physical fitness, and walking pace. Please be mindful and respect the time allocated by your lead guide to avoid any inconvenience to the group.
